HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  • Click Sign In, enter your information and select Make a Return then click Proceed with Return. Select the order and items you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Fill out the Return Form you will find inside your package defining only the sender

PREPARES THE PACKAGE AND PACKS THE ITEMS

  • Insert the packaged product, close the package, and make sure it is properly sealed.

RETURN DELIVERY

  • Arrange for pickup with the assigned courier.

GET THE REFUND

  • After receiving and verifying your return, we will process a refund for the returned items. For more information, please read our terms and conditions.

    • Proceed with product packaging
    • Goods will be exchanged only after your return has been verified. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.

WITHIN HOW LONG IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE RETURN?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery by following our rules on returns and refunds. First, you must fill out our return form available in your personal area.

The product must not have been used, damaged or dirty. It must also be returned in its original case and packaging.

TIMING AND METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT?

REFUND FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASES

  • The refund will be made within 10 days after you send the package to us.
  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and the refund.
  • The (full) amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the account corresponding to the card used.
  • The timing of credit to your account may vary depending on your bank.

REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES WITH PAYPAL

  • The refund will be made within 10 days after you send the package to us. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and the refund.
  • The amount of returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

REIMBURSEMENT FOR CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASES

To receive a refund of your return to your bank account, we need 3 pieces of information:

Account holder: name of the account holder.

IBAN: You will be able to find The IBAN code in your bank statement or request it directly from your bank. It has been set for Italy at 23 characters by providing a letter for the CIN (Control Internal Number), 5 numbers for the ABI (bank code), 5 numbers for the CAB (branch code) and 12 characters (alphanumeric) for the current account, thus bringing the IBAN to a total of 27 characters. The IBAN is unique for each account.

BIC/SWIFT: The BIC (Bank Identifier Code) is a code (SWIFT code: Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) used in international payments to identify your Bank. It can consist of 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters.

With these 3 details we will have all the information we need to make the refund to your bank account. If any of this data is incorrect, the refund may fail or be subject to additional checks.
