WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Siniscalchi Ceramics accepts direct payments by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Paypal, bank transfer (Italy only), cash on delivery (Italy only and for purchases up to โฌ 100.00).
You can use Discover and wire transfer (where applicable) by choosing Paypal as your payment method and following the instructions (please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to log in).
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay conveniently and securely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express and all major credit and debit cards in circulation. Upon payment you may be directed to your bank’s page for payment processing.
For customers already enabled to Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:
- On your bank’s web page you will be welcomed with your chosen title and asked to confirm the amount with a personal Pin.
- After the bank verifies the Pin entered, you will get confirmation of payment for the order placed on Siniscalchi Ceramics.
For customers not yet enabled to Verfied by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:
- In this case, a single registration with the bank that issued your card will be required for all future purchases.
- On your bank’s web pages you will be asked to identify yourself with the security questions you previously set up.
- Finally, you will be asked to set a new Pin and a welcome message for future use.
- The next step takes place in the same way as for already enabled clients.
Your credit card information will be transferred securely through SSL protocol.
The amount will be charged only when your package is actually shipped. If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your card. Siniscalchi Ceramics is secure!
CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?
You can choose to pay by this method by selecting the PayPal option; once you reach the third step of the purchase process (“Confirm”) click on “Confirm and Continue with PayPal” to complete your order.
- If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email and password and confirm payment.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your credit/prepaid card in this case you will only need to select the type of card, fill in the necessary data and confirm the payment.
- If you are already registered with PayPal
click and log in to your account - If you are not registered on PayPal
enter the required information and proceed
to create your account
Your order is processed as soon as your payment is credited to us. If you return the goods to us, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or your credit card if you are an unregistered PayPal user)
CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
You can pay directly upon delivery.
- Make sure the shipping address is correct and complete
- All elements to identify the delivery address (name on intercom, staircase number or extension).
- Shipping in this case is โฌ5.90
- To make the courier`s job easier, keep the exact amount of your order on hand.

IS IT SAFE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Credit card payments are 100% secure.
Data entered during payment is transferred directly to the secure server that uses the SSL3 security protocol with 128Bit encryption, the highest security standard with server-side certification, which then transmits it to international authorization circuits.
CAN I USE GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Payment with credit on Siniscalchi Ceramics
- If you have credit from a gift certificate, along with the usual choices of payment methods, you can choose whether or not to take advantage of it by checking the appropriate box in the second step of the “Secure Payment” purchase process.
- The amount will be scaled directly from the total.
- If the credit is not enough to reach the full value of the order, you will of course also need to choose another payment method.
- At the “Confirm” stage of the order, in addition to the payment summary shown on the right side of the screen, the amount of credit used and the payment method, if any, chosen to reach the total amount to be paid also appears on the left side (in the payment method window).
By entering “My Account” you can observe the amount of your credit in the “My Gift Certificates” section.
