At the time of delivery, the buyer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is stated on the transport document and that the outer packaging of the product (including sealing materials) is intact, undamaged, wet or in any way altered. In the event that upon inspection there are missing packages or indications or there is damage to the packaging or the products contained therein, the buyer is required to dispute them immediately by affixing on the courier’s delivery document a Written Reserve of Control. Please note that once the delivery document is signed, it will no longer be possible to dispute the exterior condition of the product.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS ?
We guarantee fast and efficient home delivery for all our shipments, thanks to the cooperation and reliability of the best international couriers including SDA and GLS.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an attached tracking code to monitor the progress of each of your orders in transit. In the event of any shipping delays, you will be contacted by customer service.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The timing of receipt of goods changes according to:
- Availability of the article
- Quantity ordered
- Shipping address
The expected delivery date can be seen by opening the product tab of the item you are interested in or from the shopping cart. Delays in delivery may occur due to bad weather, strikes, and remote delivery areas or locations where postal service is limited, the latter category includes, for example, mountain locations or islands. There is no delivery on Saturdays while if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will retry to deliver a second time, thereafter the order will be held in the courier’s warehouses until we notify you, please contact us for any changes in the shipping address.
IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If the item is in stock, we will notify you when the package leaves within 1 business day. If the item is not in stock in our warehouses, you will receive an email notifying you of the days to wait. From the time of shipment, the handling time depends on the courier and customs in your country. Through tracking number sent at the time of shipment, you can check the progress of the package at any time on the official website of the courier used.
For deliveries to islands and locations defined inconvenient times may be delayed due to logistics imposed by couriers.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The costs for the SHIPMENTS IN ITALY are FREE The costs for the EXPORT SHIPMENTS depend on the country you are shipping to, you can check the shipping cost during checkout within your shopping cart. You will only need to select the Shipping Country and the shipping cost will appear immediately.
WHERE IS YOUR PACKAGE?
- Via your account: Log in to your account on Siniscalchi Ceramics, go to “My Orders,” select “View Order” and click on “Track Your Order” (above to the right of the order description) to be taken directly to our courier partner’s site where you will see the current status of your delivery.
- Via the Shipment Confirmation email: in the shipment confirmation email you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the link after the phrase:” To find out where your package is, click on the following link.”
- If the courier should not find you at home, he will leave you a notice and you can pick up your package at the address you will find on the notice (payment on delivery is excluded from this option).
